All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday - Friday).

  • Please Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is any significant delay in processing your order.

ChicVibess is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Once a claim is filed with the carrier, please contact us for assistance.
