Refund and Return Policy

1. Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

 

We want you to love your new intimate wear. ChicVibess offers a 30-day return and exchange policy.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange for any reason.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns (Crucial Hygiene Rule)

 

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell (bras and related apparel), and for the health and safety of all our customers, the following strict conditions apply to all returns:

  • Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

    • Unworn and Unused (other than trying it on over your own clean underwear).

    • Unwashed.

    • Free of any odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, deodorant, body odor).

    • Free of stains (e.g., makeup, dirt, pet hair).

  • Packaging: Must include all original tags attached and be returned in the original packaging.

  • Hygiene Strips: If the item included a protective hygiene strip (e.g., on certain underwear/bodysuits), this strip must be intact and undisturbed.

⚠️ Note on Hygiene: Any returned item that does not meet these hygiene standards will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense. This policy is non-negotiable and is in place to protect every ChicVibess customer.

 

3. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (The Cooling-Off Period)

 

As an online retailer, we recognize the "right to cancel" or "cooling-off period" provided by consumer protection laws in many English-speaking jurisdictions (such as the UK and EU/Ireland).

  • Cancel an Order Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at support@chicvibess.store. If we can stop the fulfillment process, we will issue a full refund immediately.

  • Cancel an Order After Shipment: You have the legal right to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods. Once you notify us of the cancellation, you then have 14 additional days to return the items. Our 30-day policy is a voluntary extension of this minimum legal right.

 

4. How to Start a Return

 

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@chicvibess.store with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and send you a return authorization, along with instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for "change of mind" returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

5. Refunds

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of approval.

 

6. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty):

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale."

  • Items explicitly listed as non-returnable in the product description.

 

7. Damages and Issues (Faulty Items)

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us at support@chicvibess.store if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • If the product is faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund, as required by law.
